The terms that apply to using intecco.com.au. Product purchases are also governed by the product licence and the marketplace's terms.

These terms apply to your use of intecco.com.au (the “site”), operated by Intecco Pty Ltd (ABN 53 161 240 580). By using the site you agree to them. If you buy a product, the product licence and the terms of the marketplace you bought from also apply.

Information on this site

The site describes products that are available, launching or in research. Launch months and prices are our current intentions and may change. Descriptions of what a product contains are accurate at the time of writing; the product page on the marketplace is the definitive description at the time of purchase.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax or compliance advice. Products that concern regulatory topics are training and record-keeping resources; responsibility for your organisation’s obligations stays with you.

Intellectual property

The site’s content, design and code are owned by Intecco or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, republish or use the content commercially without written permission. Product names are trade names of Intecco. Third-party names mentioned on the site (for example marketplaces, software vendors and regulators) belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure, submit abusive or automated bulk content through the contact form, or use the site in a way that breaks the law.

The site links to third-party marketplaces and resources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and we exclude all warranties about it. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Where liability can be limited, our liability in connection with the site is limited to resupplying the relevant information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
