Product licence

What you may do with a digital product bought from Intecco: use it in unlimited projects, but do not resell or redistribute it.

Updated 12 September 2026

This licence applies to digital products (toolkits, skill packs, templates, training and record-keeping packs and similar files) sold by Intecco Pty Ltd (ABN 53 161 240 580) through its own pages or through marketplaces where Intecco is the seller. Hosted tools (for example Model Context Protocol servers) are governed by the terms shown on the marketplace where you subscribe, together with any documentation for that tool.

What you may do

  • Use the product for your own personal and commercial work in an unlimited number of projects.
  • Modify it, combine it with your own material and keep the results private to you or your organisation.
  • For firm licences (marked on the product page, typically training and record-keeping packs): use the product for all staff of the one legal entity that bought it.
  • Make copies for backup.

What you may not do

  • Resell, sublicense, rent, lease or otherwise redistribute the product or any substantial part of it, whether modified or not, whether for money or not.
  • Publish the product’s files, or derivative works whose primary value is the product’s content, in a public repository, template marketplace or course.
  • Remove copyright or attribution notices.
  • Use the product to build a directly competing product.

Third-party components

Products may include or reference open-source software and content under their own licences (for example MIT, Apache 2.0, FSL or SIL Open Font License). Those components remain under their own terms, which are included with the product or linked from it. Nothing in this licence changes them.

Updates and support

Where a product page says updates are included, you receive updates through the marketplace for the period stated. Support is by email through the contact page and is limited to the product as delivered.

Warranty and liability

We take care to make products accurate and usable, and we describe what each contains before you buy. To the extent permitted by law, products are provided “as is” and our liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing here excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded; see the refund policy.

Termination

The licence ends automatically if you breach it. On termination you must delete your copies. Sections on third-party components, warranty and liability survive.

Governing law
