Refund policy

Digital products: 14-day refund if the product is faulty or materially not as described; rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

Updated 12 September 2026

Digital downloads

Because digital files cannot be returned, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once a product has been downloaded. We do refund, within 14 days of purchase, if the product:

  • is faulty (for example files that do not open, or a runbook step that cannot be completed as written), or
  • is materially different from its description on the product page at the time of purchase.

Tell us what went wrong through the contact page or the marketplace’s refund request. We will usually reply within two business days and either fix the problem, replace the files or refund you through the marketplace you bought from.

Hosted tools and subscriptions

Hosted tools are billed by the marketplace on which you subscribe; their refund and cancellation terms apply to charges. You can stop using a tool at any time; usage already consumed is not refunded except where the tool failed to deliver a result through our fault.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Marketplace policies

Where you bought through a marketplace, its buyer protection policy may give you additional options; nothing here reduces them.
