What we collect on this website and through our products, why, and how to reach us about it.
Updated 12 September 2026
Intecco Pty Ltd (ABN 53 161 240 580) (“Intecco”, “we”, “us”) is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what personal information we handle in connection with this website and our products, and how you can contact us about it.
What this website collects
- Nothing automatically beyond standard server logs. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics scripts and loads no third-party trackers. Our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services, Sydney region) records standard access logs (IP address, user agent, requested page, time) for security and capacity purposes. Logs are retained for up to 90 days.
- Contact form. If you use the contact form we receive the name, email address, topic and message you enter, plus a hashed form of your IP address used only to limit abuse. Submissions are stored in our systems in Australia and forwarded to a company mailbox so we can reply. We keep them for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for up to two years for our records, then delete them.
Purchases through marketplaces
Our products are sold through third-party marketplaces (for example Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy, MCPize and GitHub). When you buy there, the marketplace is the merchant of record and handles your payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive the information the marketplace shares with sellers, typically your email address, the product bought, the country of purchase and the amount, which we use to deliver the product, provide updates and support, keep tax records and, where required, respond to refund requests. We do not receive card numbers.
Hosted tools
Some products are hosted tools your AI assistant calls (Model Context Protocol servers). We process the inputs sent to those tools only to return a result, log the minimum needed to bill and to keep the service healthy, and do not use tool inputs to train models or for any other purpose. Retention periods and any exceptions are stated in the documentation of each tool.
How we use personal information
To respond to you, deliver and support products, meet legal and tax obligations, protect the service from abuse, and improve our products using aggregated, de-identified usage information. We do not sell personal information and we do not send marketing email unless you have asked for updates about a product.
Disclosure and overseas recipients
We use service providers that may process data outside Australia, including the marketplaces named above (United States) and cloud infrastructure providers. Where we can, we keep data in Australia (our AWS resources are in the Sydney region). We disclose personal information only to those providers, or when the law requires it.
Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit and at rest where the provider supports it, and least-privilege practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if we become aware of a data breach likely to result in serious harm we will notify affected people and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as the law requires.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or complain about how we handled it by using the contact page. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page with a new “updated” date.
